Annamaet has a variety of pet foods for different sizes and breeds of dogs. Its classic line of foods are generally designed for the average dog, leaning a little more towards a medium-sized older or less active dog. All of their recipes avoid corn, wheat, and soy; many of their grain-inclusive recipes also avoid peas and lentils.

Other Annamaet foods are chicken-free. Other protein sources include menhaden fish meal, brewer’s yeast, and flaxseed meal. Menhaden fish meal is a great source of protein and healthy vitamins. Brewer’s yeast is another common source of extra nutrition and is great in moderation, but some dogs do have yeast allergies. Plant protein sources like flax are good in small quantities. Flax is mainly here as a source of omega-3 fatty acids.
