Is WiFi needed to use the air purifiers?

Our Experience With the Molekule Air Pro Purifier
When the Air Pro arrived, I was immediately drawn to the detailed packaging, which showcases a few of the air purifier’s features in white writing and stylized graphics. The instruction card is designed in a similar way, which makes setting up the purifier a smooth and easy process. From start to finish, it only took about 10 minutes to get the air purifier up and running, and that included assembling the filter and pairing the device to my phone.
I was initially hesitant about the purifier being connected to WiFi but was quickly reassured when I realized WiFi can be temporarily turned off or disabled entirely. I also came to appreciate the features of the mobile app, like the Indoor Air Report and Air Score. The app also shows several air quality factors, like VOCs, PM2.5 (fine particles like dust), and PM10 (coarse particles like pet dander). Being able to see what particles are detected in my house gives me a better understanding of the pollutants I’m exposed to daily, as well as peace of mind knowing the Air Pro is working around the clock to get rid of them.
As a dog owner, I love that Molekule air purifiers target pet dander. My dog, Micah, is a high-energy goldendoodle who loves outdoor adventures, indoor games of hide-and-seek, and snuggling on the bed (with his head on the pillow). He’s 50 lbs of fluff and makes his presence known through lots of puppy love and dog fur. So, it’s not surprising that, despite being a low-shedding breed, Micah’s doodle fluff spreads dander throughout the house. With the Air Pro, I’m confident that Micah’s dander is being detected and removed from the air, and with the mobile app, I have the data to prove it. Even without measurable data, I can feel the air around me is cleaner. The sleek, modern design also matches the décor of any home, which is great since air purifiers aren’t devices you can discretely hide.
My only complaint is the air purifier doesn’t have a dark mode. While the blue light is necessary for the PECO technology to work effectively, it also means the device glows at night with no option for dimming it or turning it off. I have the Air Pro in my living room, so the light isn’t an issue, but it could be bothersome in a bedroom, especially if you like sleeping in a dark room. Overall, I love the Air Pro and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium air purifier and effective clean air solution.
