Along with smelling amazing, lavender and peppermint are known for their analgesic, antiseptic, and cooling properties, which make them highly effective at soothing irritated skin.
Lavender also works great as a natural insect repellent. I love being able to keep pesky bugs away from Micah and I know Micah likes it too. Whenever bugs are flying around Micah (or have the audacity to land on him), he runs to the closest human or buries his head in my lap for safety. With the Ear Balm, I have the perfect remedy to protect Micah from insects and the perfect antidote to ease any hot spots or insect bites he might get.

2. Soothing Paw Balm
Despite the name, the Soothing Paw Balm can be used on so much more than just your pet’s paws. As a natural moisturizer and holistic remedy, the Paw Balm not only nourishes dry skin but provides relief from sore muscles and inflammatory issues.
Along with CBD, the Paw Balm is infused with Boswellia, a powerful antiseptic known for reducing inflammation. Boswellia does give the Paw Balm a strong earthy scent, but it’s a natural aroma that’s not artificial smelling or overpowering.
I use the Paw Balm on Micah’s paws, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver. Micah’s paws get red and irritated from environmental allergies. We also live in a dry area, which makes his paw pads rough. It’s nothing a little TLC can’t fix. The Paw Balm has been amazing at providing fast relief for his dry, cracked skin. While I haven’t needed to use the Paw Balm on Micah for other issues, I can imagine it works great as a post-surgery cream for scar healing, as well as a soothing ointment for sore muscles.

I couldn’t be happier with the Soothing Paw Balm and Calming Ear Balm I received for Micah. I’m always on the lookout for high-quality products that are ethically made, and the CBD Balms far exceeded my expectations. Everything from the ingredients to the product design was intentionally thought out and expertly made. Even the packaging was decked out in honeybees.
I think I speak for everyone when I say that every day is a happy mail day when your products arrive in adorable packaging. The Pet Balms arrived in a bright yellow box with the company’s motto on the side and a sticker of their logo (a super cute honeybee) on the front. And the happiness didn’t stop there! I was most excited to try out the Soothing Paw Balm. Micah’s paws have always been really sensitive and he’ll lick his paws to the point of saturation if I don’t apply a soothing cream to calm the irritation. After one application of the Paw Balm, Micah’s skin was so much smoother, and for the first time in a long time, his paws felt soft and stayed soft. He wasn’t constantly licking his paws either, which was amazing! I’ve used traditional moisturizers in the past (ones without CBD), but none have worked as effectively as the Soothing Paw Balm.
The Calming Ear Balm worked wonders too. Because Micah licks his paws so much, the skin between his toes gets red and inflamed. The Ear Balm worked great at relaxing Micah, calming the inflammation, and easing his discomfort. I’ll definitely be using the Ear Balm again as a natural remedy to help heal minor wounds and as a natural insect repellent during the summer months.
One of my favorite things about the CBD Balms (aside from the mess-free application) is the natural ingredients. There are a lot of pet balms on the market that are full of chemicals and additives, so it can be hard to find ones that are natural and organic.
